Swimming Lessons in Hampshire - from Babies to Adults
Small Classes. Real Progress. A Love of the Water for Life.
At SwimFish, we know swimming is joyful.
We keep our classes intentionally small so that every swimmer gets genuine attention, consistent feedback, and the space to develop at a pace that is right for them. We do not use badge or certificate schemes. We do not grade children against a national framework. What we do is teach excellent swimming – all four strokes, tumble turns, water safety – and watch confidence grow from the inside out.
Tanya and Kirstie, both fully qualified, both passionate about swimming, and both committed to an approach built on encouragement rather than assessment pressure. Two dedicated teachers invariably in the water – that is what makes SwimFish different.

What Parents Say
“We have been taking our son swimming with Tanya since he was only 3 months old. He is now 18 months and loves the water. Tanya is brilliant with babies and makes the classes so much fun for everyone. Couldn’t recommend her enough.”
“Our son was absolutely petrified of the water. We never thought he would go into the pool, let alone swim. Now, after lessons with Tanya and Kirstie, he is teaching us how to swim. The patience and dedication they showed was extraordinary.”
“Both my children have had lessons with Tanya and I cannot fault the experience. The pool is warm, the classes are small, and Tanya notices every little improvement and makes sure the children know it too.”
